I understand the following will be performed on my spa, regardless of which plan I choose:
- Spa water tested & balanced as needed
- Filters cleaned
- Spa vacuumed
- Add water to the spa if level is low
- Cover and cabinet cleaned and treated
- Mineral Purifier Cartridge replaced (if due, billed separately)
- Fresh Water Salt Cell cleaned / replaced & controls reset (if applicable, billed separately)
- Wipe down water line
If I choose a plan that includes a drain, clean & refill of my spa, the following will be performed once or twice annually depending on the plan, in addition to the services above:
- Full diagnostic testing
- Jet Clean/ Purge performed
- Spa completely drained & cleaned
- Clean & condition the cover
- Add start up chemicals as well as balance spa *
(billed separately) - Spa turned on & functions checked
- Report any possible service needs
- Perform ozone maintenance
- Up to 2 hours per visit (additional fees may apply if
over two hours)
