Founded in 1998 by Noah Welton’s father, Andrew Welton with a focus on repairs, our family-owned business has since flourished under the dedicated leadership of Noah and his wife, Ambra Welton, who expanded into spa sales and enhancements with other wellness products.
Noah and Ambra embody a deep passion for helping people enhance their lives through the regular use of hot tubs and saunas. You’ll often find them in the shop, sleeves rolled up, working hands-on with customers to ensure they receive the very best in products and personalized support. And, of course, no visit is complete without a warm welcome from Luna, our friendly Yorky who greets every customer with tail-wagging enthusiasm.

Noah Welton
Owner
For over 25 years, Welton Pool and Spa has been a beacon of exceptional service and support in the world of aquatic relaxation. Founded in 1998 by my father, Andrew Welton, our family-owned business started with a focus on pool and spa repairs. As a second-generation owner, I grew up in this industry, and today, I am proud to continue our legacy of offering top-tier products and services to help our clients create their perfect backyard oasis.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my family. Whether we’re camping, fishing, or scuba diving, we cherish the outdoors and the adventures it brings. This passion for outdoor living inspires me to help others bring the peace and joy of water wellness into their own lives.
Ambra Welton
Owner
With nearly a decade of experience in the pool and spa industry, Ambra Welton brings both passion and expertise to Welton Pool and Spa. After a successful 18-year career in real estate, Ambra decided to focus on family life following the birth of her son. This shift led her to work alongside her husband in growing the business, allowing them to expand their offerings and services.
Ambra’s background in massage therapy plays a key role in her deep commitment to wellness. She believes in the power of hot water therapy and how it can help people heal, rejuvenate, and improve their overall well-being. This passion is reflected in the products and services at Welton Pool and Spa, where the focus is always on promoting wellness and enhancing the quality of life for their customers.
In her personal life, Ambra enjoys spending time with her family, including her eight-year-old son. Whether scuba diving, camping, boating, or hunting for shark teeth, Ambra and her family love outdoor adventures. She’s also a music enthusiast who enjoys attending concerts, traveling, and discovering new cultures and experiences around the globe.
Ambra is dedicated to providing excellent customer service and continues to grow Welton Pool and Spa into a compassionate, customer-focused business. She is committed to ensuring that every customer receives personalized care, with a focus on helping them lead healthier, happier lives through the products and services offered.
Lisa Vanlieu
Lead Sales Associate
Lisa Vanlieu is a talented and passionate lead sales associate at Welton Pool and Spa. Originally from South Carolina, Lisa made the move to the charming city of Saint Augustine three years ago. Since then, she has become an integral part of the Welton team, bringing her expertise and enthusiasm to her role.
Lisa’s dedication to her work is evident in her position as a lead sales associate. She takes pride in her knowledge of the products Welton offers and is always eager to share that knowledge with customers. Lisa’s passion lies in the products she sells, and she is committed to helping customers find the perfect item to meet their needs and preferences. Serena Thomas
Customer Service Representative and Sales Associate
Serena Thomas is a dedicated customer service representative and sales associate at Welton Pool and Spa. For the past seven years, Serena has called Palm Coast home, but her journey began 28 years ago when she moved to America from England. Serena spent two decades in the vibrant city of Cleveland, Ohio before finding her way to the sunny shores of Florida. Serena has a passion for fitness and believes in the power of maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
With a strong background in customer service, Serena excels in providing exceptional assistance and building relationships with clients. She takes pride in ensuring that every customer receives the highest level of care and attention. Serena’s friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills make her a valued member of the Welton Pool and Spa team. She is dedicated to staying updated on the latest advancements in spa and swim spa technology and wellness practices. Alongside his professional responsibilities, Michael is a dedicated father to his four-year-old son, Eden. He cherishes the time spent with his son. Outside of work and fatherhood, Michael has a few exciting hobbies that keep him energized and motivated. One of his passions is boxing, where he channels his strength and determination into the sport. He works out regularly to maintain his fitness and wellbeing, emphasizing the importance of nutrition and overall health. In addition to his commitment to fitness, Michael is known for his impeccable style and takes great pride in taking care of his gorgeous locks. Originally from Saint Augustine, Frank has called the city his home for most of his life. He has a deep appreciation for the community and its rich history. Prior to joining the Welton Pool and Spa team, Frank served in the army, where he gained valuable skills and a strong work ethic. Outside of work, Frank enjoys indulging in his hobbies. Golfing is one of his passions, and he can often be found on the greens, honing his skills and enjoying the outdoors. Fishing is another activity that brings him joy and relaxation. With his military background and dedication to his craft, Frank brings a unique perspective and unwavering commitment to his role at Welton Pool and Spa. His professionalism and attention to detail ensure that every installation exceeds customer expectations.
Reece Countryman
Install and Repairs
Reece Countryman recently joined the Welton Pool and Spa family, bringing his enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the process of installation and repairs. Originally from Saint Augustine, Reece is excited to contribute his skills and knowledge to the team while embracing new challenges and opportunities.
When Reece isn’t hard at work, he loves spending quality time with his wife. They enjoy exploring new places, trying different cuisines, and creating lasting memories together. In his free time, Reese has a couple of hobbies that bring him joy and relaxation. One of his favorite pastimes is playing basketball. Reese is a proud cat owner and finds companionship and comfort in his feline friends. He cherishes the bond he shares with his cats. Reese’s positive attitude, willingness to learn, and dedication to his work make him a valuable addition to the Welton Pool and Spa team. JOHN GALIOTO
Valet Tech
John Galioto is a dedicated water chemistry specialist and install crew member at Welton Pool and Spa. With his expertise in water chemistry, he ensures that every pool and spa is maintained at the highest quality standards.
John takes pride in his work and is passionate about creating the perfect environment for customers to enjoy.
Originally from Pittsburgh, John moved to his current location when he was just five years old. He has embraced his new community and is admired for his hard work and commitment. Outside of work, John spends time with his four-year-old son, John Junior. They share many memorable moments together and are creating a strong bond.
In his free time, John enjoys pursuing his hobbies. He loves surfing and baseball.
