Welton Pools and Spas is seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic service technician to join our team. Play a key role in the maintenance and repair of hot tubs and swim spas.
Requirements
- Clean Driving Record with driver’s license.
- Ability to pass a background ground screening.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Good customer interaction skills with a clean appearance.
- Excellent phone etiquette and a clear speaking voice.
- Positive attitude and enjoy a challenge.
- Must be able to work with minimum supervision.

A retail salesperson serves as a representative for selling swimming pools, hot tubs, and equipment to customers. Normal responsibilities include scheduling consultations with customers, effectively marketing the benefits of swimming pools, providing thorough and detailed information to customers, and forming strong relationships with prospective clients.
Requirements:
- Excellent Customer Service – Sales representatives are client-facing roles; therefore, listening to the client, understanding any concerns, and establishing strong relationships with customers is highly important.
- Strong Communication Skills – Along with customer service, effective explanations of details and information related to pool and hot tub installation should be communicated to clients.
- Organized Mindset – Along with customer service, effective explanations of details and information related to pool and hot tub installation should be communicated to clients.
- Service Driven Management Experience –
Personable, Approachable Attitude – While the overall goal is to make the sale, a sales representative should strive to make a personal connection with their clients through inviting and genuine conversation.

Immediate opening for a full time technician. Seeking a hard worker, who is reliable with great customer service skills. Must have reliable transportation. This is outside work so someone ok with the heat is a must.
Diagnose and repair in-ground pool/spa and portable hot tub equipment. Experience in all pool automation brands helpful.
Must have own tools.
Tech savvy helpful = we are paperless invoicing!
Plumbing experience and electrical experience helpful.

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
